Housing

A loving and caring home for coping with life’s challenges

WellLife Network’s housing promotes living with dignity. Recognizing and respecting the strengths and preferences of each individual, we encourage and support wellness, self-determination and recovery. Whether a home or an apartment, each offers supportive environments to individuals with mental illness, developmental/intellectual disabilities, seniors and homeless individuals.

WellLife Network’s community-based affordable housing focuses on housing solutions tailored to the specific needs of local neighborhoods and populations. This kind of community-sensitive housing provides safe, stable, and affordable housing options that seamlessly mesh with neighborhood’s goals and plans.

Supportive Housing

Community Residences

24-hour, 7-day-a-week on-site supervision for people with mental illness who are able to leave hospital care, but not yet ready for independent living.

Apartment Treatment

This program provides a bridge from supervised residences to more independent living programs. Residents have their own room in a shared apartment.

Supported Housing

WellLife Network offers safe and affordable housing options for vulnerable and homeless individuals paired with supportive services, counseling, and life skills training.

Residential

Children’s Community Residences

Helping children be children. It’s what we do. WellLife Network maintains two nurturing residences which provide 24/7 care for youth facing serious mental health challenges. Each residence provides an eight bed group home for adolescents diagnosed as seriously emotionally disturbed. The overall program goal is to enhance the social, emotional, and behavioral development of each youth with the target goal of returning them to family or independent living.
