WellLife Network is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit, 501c(3) corporation. We are an active partner with business, government, community groups and professional organizations. WellLife Network is an affiliate and/or member of a number of associations and coalitions whose efforts help support the delivery of services to our many constituents and to tens of thousands of individuals in need.
We are enormously grateful for the generosity of the WellLife Network Board of Directors, government, business, the voluntary sector and the many individuals and families whose support is so vital to our work.
Collaborative and Joint Ventures
WellLife Network is a founding member of Advanced Health Network (AHN)/Recovery Health Solutions(RHS) which partners with health plans and hospitals to provide integrated care and special supports for individuals with mental health issues.
We were also instrumental in the development of the Advanced Care Alliance (ACA). ACA is organized to coordinate a system of person-centered supports and services through a provider network for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Since 2011, WellLife Network has been a board member agency of Coordinated Behavioral Care (CBC), a healthcare organization dedicated to improving care for thousands of Medicaid beneficiaries in NYC with serious behavioral health challenges, chronic health conditions, and substance use disorders. Operating the largest Health Home in NYC, CBC connects individuals to essential support services through its extensive community-based network. By partnering as an IPA, WellLife leverages this collaboration to serve more people effectively and achieve better outcomes.
