Holidays can be the loneliest time of the year. As the world gets smaller by technology and social media, we feel more disconnected and alone. Loneliness is referred to as the disease of this century, but not just for the elderly.
This seminar will examine the role human connections play from the historical perspective and how this condition contributes to emotional challenges. Approaches for addressing loneliness will be discussed.
