Overview:
Practically speaking, healthy boundaries are those limitations that one sets to ensure mental, emotional, and relational health and stability in one's life. Many people create and set relationship boundaries that might be rigid, loose, somewhere in between, or even non-existent. These boundaries create strong implications for relationship health and safety.
Objectives:
In this community-based training webinar together, we will:
- Define the term boundaries and how it relates to overall wellness
- Explore and understand why boundaries are vitally important for relationships
- Discuss how we learn to set healthy limits—how to say "NO"
- Review the consequences and count the cost of avoiding setting proper boundaries
